The Evaluation Planning Tool is a user-friendly online tool available at helps users develop evidence-based models of change for their health programs. Users can view libraries of impact models developed by technical experts, or build and share their own models. The tool highlights gaps in program logic that will limit program effectiveness. Built-in information on core activities, outputs, and outcomes prompts users to develop robust monitoring and evaluation plans.
